Terms of Service

1 Common

These Terms of Service for Online Services apply to the online service maintained by Asuntola.com (hereinafter "Service Provider"). 10. Security

11. Devices, Software and Connections

The User is responsible for the purchase, operation and cost of the equipment, software and network connections necessary for the use of the Service. They must not cause any disruption or other disadvantage to the Service or any other network user.

12. Liability for damages arising from the use of the service
 
The User is obligated to compensate the Service Provider for any damages caused by these Terms of Use, any service-specific conditions, the use of the Service Agreement or the use of the law. The Service Provider is not obligated to compensate the User for any damage caused by the use of the Service. The User is responsible for all of the requirements and costs associated with the use of the Service, such as call or telecommunications charges. You are required by the Service Provider to return any funds that the User has received for his account due to an error or otherwise unlawfully.

13. Force majeure

Force Majeure exempts the Service Provider from any obligations associated with the Service if it impedes or unduly harms the Service related service. Force majeure is considered to be fire, earthquake, flood, explosion, strike or other stoppage, regulatory authority, disturbance in energy supply, raw material or equipment shortage, external cable or other communication disturbance or any other such cause that was not known and which could not reasonably be anticipated. 14. Changing the terms of service

15. Transferring Rights and Obligations
